Evaluation
Using qualitative and mixed-method approaches—such as community dialogue, narrative-based inquiry, and participatory analysis—we work to make implicit program theory explicit, clarify goals and outcomes, and strengthen alignment between services and intended impact. This process emphasizes relational accountability, recognizing that evaluation is not simply a technical exercise, but a relational and community-engaged practice.
Our evaluation work supports programs in developing clear logic models, identifying meaningful outcome measures, and establishing fidelity and implementation pathways that reflect both cultural context and operational realities. The result is actionable insight that strengthens program effectiveness, supports decision-making, and builds long-term capacity within communities and organizations.
